First, he shows up when he says he will and usually that is pretty quick. Secondly, he knows what he is doing and gets to the point. Third, his price for a service call is reasonable and always well worth the money. Fourth, HE ACTUALLY FIXES THE PROBLEM. Scott came to our office last year and got our computers up and running. He then set them up for monitoring for less than $10 a month. Through this program he can correct problems in our computers from his office, without coming to ours. Through his service our computers have ceased to be a frustration and problem to us. Since that time we have invested in two more printers, which have never worked right and have been a constant source of delay to the staff. Last week he came down to the office, networked the printers with the computers, and got us running efficiently for the first time since we invested in the new machinery. He also fixed a problem we were having with one of the screens. Everyone is smiling when they have to print anything.
